SOSTAC Mode

We use SOSTAC Model to make a marketing plan: 

S- Situation analysis: 

 Camping site is in Vordingborg which is only one camping company in the city.

O- Objectives: 

 To get people clear information about camping and its programs. We
want all our visitors to get what they are looking for. For example if I
visit to page and I am looking for its location as well as contact
information then there must be map to show location and way to
contact camping company which may include its phone number, social
media and mailing address.

 Easy to use. The website which we are making should be easy to use.
People should not feel that they are lost. For example if client visit
the page and looking for price and also want to reserved their seat but
couldn’t find booking and have trouble to go back to main menu, may
feel visitor not to visit this page from next time. So our objective is to
make webpage simple to understand and easy to use.

 Maintain day to day relation. It is very important to get touch with
public. We should know their reaction towards us. So we tried to get
in touch with people through different media.

 Attract new customer. To attract new customer we use various
marketing plan. With unique marketing strategy people feel to visit
webpage.

 New website with promotional video. Old website is kind of messy.
People can get lost if they visit it. It doesn’t have any promotional
video too. So our main objective is to make new clear website which
include promotional video and social media.

 Improve quality of camping. People can only be attracted if its quality
is good. We use various methods to improve camping quality.

S- Strategy: 

 To make people easy to use website we make related thing in same
page. For example in contact page we include only all the medium to contact. We are making booking and calendar on index page which make people easy to book their seat and planned their day.

 To attract people to visit our webpage we use various marketing
strategy. We will try to be in eye of people through different way. We
are promoting our camping visually as well as in a print media.

 To get daily feedback we are using popular social media like facebook,
twitter and youtube.

 We can make ore strand camping better by improving its surrounding.
It can be done with garden, beach and playground. Unless the
surrounding is not favorable for people they don’t want to visit that
place.

 To make potential customer and encourage them by providing
customer card. This make people feel they are close to company.

 Conduct various programs. To attract new client various program can
be conducted. And every detail of program can be updated on
webpage which make people visit webpage and be a part of camping.

T- Tactics: 

 To make our webpage simple, clear and easy we use right text,
picture and information on right place. We don’t want to make our
webpage messy by placing wrong thing in wrong pace. For example we
don’t place everything on homepage. There will be subpage for each
category. All the camping programs will be on one, contact
information, gallery and direction will be on each. And we will link
every related thing. If client is looking for camping programs than we
will provide complete information of programs which may include
price, type of programs and time period and link for booking and then
method of payment similarly.

 To get regular feedback and maintain day to day relation with people
we must have social media. We should choose popular social media
which people prefer. Now a day every people is having facebook and
tweeter account. If people want to know visually than they use
youtube. So we must be connected with popular social media like
facebook, twitter, youtube and google plus. Than we can get feedback
from people that how they are feeling towards us.

 To improve the quality of camping firstly beach should be improved. It
should be big where game like volleyball and football can be played
for fun. And the playground is not big enough for kids. It can be
enlarged and more games for kid can be increased. To make
surrounding fresh we can make better garden. And every picture and
video of these things can be updated on webpage.

 To encourage customer to come in every season we can make
customer card. This card can be given to people who have been to our
camping at least 3 times. People having this card can get 30 or 40 %
discount or can choose camp near to beach in low price. This makes
new customer to get this card to get special facility and old customer
visit in every season due to discount.

 To make webpage global we will make it on different language.
Generally people from Norway, Germany Denmark will visit so the
page will be on Norwegian, German, Danish and English language.

 For marketing purpose we are making different type of posters,
visiting cards, printed t-shirts and promotional video. We are printing
t-shirt in 3 different sizes, small for children, medium for young and
large for big people. We will gift it to each client for promotion. Also
we are printing paper coffee cup which will have our logo and
camping name. Also we are planning for adword. It is advertisement
done by google where we have to pay as per click.

Action 


We have haven made popular social media account i.e. facebook and
twitter. We get few people in touch through social media who are
giving feedback. We have also completed poster design, promotional
video making and visiting cards. We have designed customer card for
potential customer. We have designed t-shirt and coffee cup for
promotion. We are working on new clear website.


C-control 

  After testing our work to people we made several changes. We have
changed the design of poster. We have made a test to people how do
they like among 10 people7 suggest us to make slight change so we
changed it. We also made slight change on website.
